How do you do it? What all do you need to block off. Pics would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I found the best thing to plug up the egr holes over the intake with is a freeze plug from autozone. All the plates i used either required homemade gaskets that eventually came apart or required constant attention to keep it from leaking.

Since he posted on "LT1 Engine Tech", he probably has an LT1. (Hint: a "signature" with year, trans and any major mods would help.). If you have an LS1 as indicated in your signature, the intake manifolds and the EGR connections are much different.

SJM Manufacturing also makes a set of blockoff plates out of 1/8" aluminum. I have them and they work great.
