EGR and Air

I recently done egr and air jus did not complete them , i removed the egr blocked off the hole where the egr was, and blocked off the vaccum hose on the back of the intake , also blocked the EGr flange in the passenger side header..... i know still have to remove stuff like piping and bolts, but is there anything i forgot that would hinder performance or cause me to have a vaccum leak?... also i did air capped the 2 holes in the top of the headers and put a vaccum cap into my cold air intake , did not remove the air pump yet because I heard it was just dead weight after u capped everything off, is there any important steps that i forgot on this too, thanks
