EFI to Carb

So i want to get a carb for the easiness of tuning.. Will i lose that much horsepower. I have a 3inch cowl hood so i will be able to get good air from the cowl.

Also are there any other intakes then the gm one. or is it easy to convert one to the lt1 and if so what would be a good intake to do this with.

Learn to use the computer's feedback and injection is FAR easier to tune and the LT1s are one of the cheapest and easiest pcms to get into.

I have been messing with the EFI and I don't see where it is easier to tune.....And I can't get it right myself, this is on a racecar
I just got a DFI system...if I don;t figure it out soon In going to carb

Why would you want to go with a carb? Tuning an EFI LT1 would be so much easier, and would probably drive so much nicer as well.

As I deatailed on LS1Tech you can be setup to yune yourself for under $400 and that is using all licensed software. I also made note of several free or donation programs you could use in place of the paid stuff.
