Edelbrock Shorties and EGR

Does anyone know if these headers have a provision for the EGR or if it has to be blocked off? I noticed the other day that the car missed and stumbled right before moderate shifts on the A4. Then a couple of days later, the SES light came on for about 10 minutes, not to return again after the car was shut down for around 7 hours. I checked the code and found code 32 for the EGR. I started searching this evening found some dicussions on how some headers require the EGR be taken off. I was just wondering if this was the case with these headers (came on car when I bought it) before I got to the trouble of getting off the EGR tomorrow morning and replacing the old one. Just lazy. Thanks!

I agree. I have the headers also with the EGR connected. Make sure when u connect the EGR, that the tubes are in tightly. My came off in the right bank and it threw my BLMs all over the place.
