I already have the 383 eagle forged stroker kit with -16cc SRP pistons. Eagle lists the compression as follows:

Stroke Rod Piston Type Dish/Dome CR w/58cc CR w/64cc CR w/76cc
3.750 5.700 Inv. Dome -16cc 10.4 9.8 8.7

I don't like to go below the stock LT1 compression (10.25). I am using 94 octane gas. So, I think Trick Flow heads will not be a good choice for me.
