What do you guys think of the edelbock catback. Does it sound and flow well. I can only find the 93-95 ones in jegs for $283.99 so will a 93-95 one fit on my 96. It has a lifetime warranty . Not to sure what it sounds like so if anyone owns one let me know what you think.

The dyno run is the only one with out the cat's.

I have heard it and it sounds real good, real deep. Check out www.ls1sounds.com they have some LT1's with that catback and almost all of the catback's that you can think of, I love the sound of the edelbrock cat-back though, thinking about getting it for my camaro, either that or magnaflow.

 

It was year ago, Know I got it from summit. Think it may have been for a 95'. maybe call Edelbrock or summit to make sure. sorry cant rember. I dont see why it wouldent fit?

 

they only have one edelbrock catback and it has stock manifolds.

 

One off a 93-95 will fit a 96+ you just need to cut some off the intermediate pipe.

 

How is the flow on this catback. Is it straight through or what?

 

Would this catback be worth $283 or would i be better off going with the hooker. Quality/sound/and flow wise.

 

A guy I knew had an Edelbrock catback on his '92 Z28. The best sounding single exhaust I have ever heard.

No, it wasn't an LT1, but it sounded awesome.

 

Any of you guys that have this catback, what kind of tips did it come with. Ive heard they just come with turndowns.

 

I don't have the kit, but that is a true statement.

 

Z95 is right, Had to have some of the I pipe cut and welded. It did come with turn down's. I just had them cut off and used the stock tips.
