Whenever I am going am bearly moving with pushing the gas pedal (a4 by the way) I sometimes hear a thumping noise in the rear that seems to be coming from the back axle. It seems to thump, stop till the tire moves about 3 inches or so then thump again. You can hear the noise faily loud (sounds like a rubber thump) when I am in a drive thru next to a wall. As well sometimes it makes a slight tremble coming from the rear once again when moving without the pedal or with very little gas. . Anybody that can help out feel free to and thank you a bunch.

WEll does it do it while driving at hwy speeds? More info.. Almost sounds like a ujoint. or a tranny mount.. could be anything though
