dynomax cat back

i found a dynomax cat back exhaust for $150 its a 2 1/2 is it worth my money??

The stock intermediate pipe is 2 3/4, dynomax has a two peice pipe thats 3", I dont think there is even a 2 1/2 one out there.

Well, All other Dynomax Int. pipes are 2 3/4 but reduce to 2 1/2 where the muffler attaches.
