Wink dynoing tomorrow care to guess #'s

gonna make 3 pulls and it only cost me $40
car is a '97 M6
mods are Hooker LT's, 3inch offroad y-pipe, SLP Loudmouth, SLP cai, SLP air foil, free mods, Taylor wires and autolite plugs, SPEC stage2 clutch, Moser 12bolt 4.10 gears, Dennys "nitrous" driveshaft, ZR1's 275-40's

its a Mustang dyno, i cant remember which model off hand, i'm gonna do 2 pulls using the Eddy current which applies a load on the car like if it were at the track (car will be weighed in at the shop) and i'm gonna do one pull calibrated like a dynojet (no load)

my car doesnt have a tune either as i'm still waiting on TunerCat to come out with OBD2 software LT1 edit is too expensive for me!
more info can be found at www.unrealhp.com the dyno is located in Springfield IL

so what ay guys think? i'm hoping for 150hp @ each wheel

thanks for guessing
Steve

On a Mustang Dyno?

Ha, no offense man, but good luck. Mustang dyno numbers aren't all that great of meaningful. Let us know if they are SAE corrected or not.

I bet on the Mustang dyno ur gonna pull about 270-280 HP.

275 whp, 320 TQ. Your gonna lose a bit with the 12 bolt and because its a mustang dyno.

I am a bit lost...
How is a "Mustang Dyno" any different from any other dynomometer?

And I have wondered for a while what SAE corrected means, and what is the difference if it is corrected or not?

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, and assume you just weren't thinking straight here...

Since Mustang Dyno numbers aren't all that great or meaningful, what dyno numbers ARE? Just because a Mustang dyno uses more specific parameters than a Dynojet (which I'll assume you're referring to) doesn't mean it's less meaningful; in fact it's probably more so. If you're looking for an ego trip, go hang out with some fat kids in a women's prison. Claiming one dyno is better than the other just because it dyno's higher is lame. And SAE corrections shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

I'm going to guess you'll dyno around 285rwhp Steve-o.. This is pre-tune of course. Once DOOMMaster works his magic, I bet you'll see around 300rwhp.
