Dynoed Today

It had been about 7 years since I have had the Z on a dyno and today I had it done.

1995 Camaro Z28 Convertible w/38k miles (Automatic)

1st. Run
- 273.5hp@5,400rpm
- 304.2lb/ft@3,800rpm

2nd. Run
- 268.3hp@5,400rpm
- 308.3lb/ft@3,900rpm

3rd. Run (Top Speed Run)
Just for the heck up it ran it up to the top of 4th gear... Dyno idicated 180mph... Useless but something to chuckle about.

My modifications consist of the following. Borla Exhaust, Callaway Intake, Hooker 1 - 5/8 shorties, y-pipe, gutted cat, TB Air Foil, PCM for Less, LT4 KM, 1LE driveshaft and some good ol' Mobil One.

My last run at Lingenfelter in 1997 produced 249hp with a CAI.

I am loosing between 20-22 percent to the rear wheels while you are loosing between 12-16 percent. It looks as though you have a 1996 Camaro SS and already have an induction system and exhaust from the factory.

Thanks...

I had the ol' Boat to the track one time and ran 16.21@88mph... Nothing special but still funny nontheless driving down the strip with fake wood on the side of your car.

lol that would have been a sight to see. that roadmaster does have the lt1 in it doesn't it? i've heard of them running mid 14's but then again maybe they failed to mention it wasn't a stock lt1

Those numbers look right on. M6's with those mods typically pull around 320 ft lbs of TQ.
