Duals over the axle (pics inside)

Well, my friend Hector from www.exhaustdepot.net did a fantastic job today on my exhaust. He worked on it for a good 8 hours and charged me $550 for everything from the collectors back.

The setup is:
-Pacesetter LTs w/3-bolt flanged 3" collectors
-2.5" reducers
-2.5" X-pipe, piping then routed over the axle
-2.5" 24" Dynomax Bullets

Tailpipes were crooked in the pic, they were adjusted afterwards.

FYI, it's pretty loud when I give it throttle, but the tone is VERY deep and VERY smooth sounding. There is also ABSOLUTELY NO DRONE when cruising. I'm very happy because I gained a ton of throttle response and a bit on the top end with this setup.

looks like a very nice setup. maybe its just me or the location im in, but I paid 3 bills for my over the axle setup, 3" at that. i also opted for the 3"x18" ST chambered mufflers (2) so that was another ~ $100...so I got mine for $400 and that wasnt through a friend.

guess im lucky to be from texas did you have a cutout before this? i love the sound thats made with it exiting out the back instead of the typical dumping. no interior resonance.

Yup, had a cutout and hated the interior rattles and such.

Most people around here will quote you $800-1000 for this setup, so yeah, you're lucky to be in Texas

My friend Eric hosted it for me, and decided to change the name from Movie_0001 to lesbian-sex

That is a sweet setup! I have to settle for a cutout and a hooker exhaust for the time being, but that setup you have would be my dream setup for my car. Awesome videos and pics as well!

Re: Duals over the axle (pics inside)

Thanks....I think the wheels and tires came to around $1200.

Got everything from Jegs except the front tires...

927-96-58280 - 2 - 15x8 Weld Pro Stars - 5.5" Backspacing, 5 x 4-3/4 bolt pattern
927-96-54270 - 2 - 15x3.5 Weld Pro Stars - 1.75" Backspacing, 5 x 3/4 bolt pattern
720-2371 - 2 - Mr. Gasket 5/16" wheel spacers for front wheels
671-63002 - 5 packs of 4 - McGard Racing Lugnuts 12x1.5 thread 1.365" shank
726-40156 - 2 - Nitto NT555R Extreme Drag Radial Tire 275/50R15

Tires I got locally from Firestone. They were $28/each I think...165r15 radial tires.

Hope this helps and thanks for the compliments
