Driveshaft Yoke

I'm sorry, but I posted this in the drivetrain section and I havn't gotten a response.

I'm considering buying a new aluminum driveshaft, but it is missing the front yoke. How much would one be from a parts store?

Or would the stock yoke from my steel driveshaft fit it?

Thanks

Re: Driveshaft Yoke

If it is an LS1 shaft the stock yoke will fit. If it has the same "U" joint as stock, it will fit. If it is an aftermarket shaft ya will have to see what joint is in it to get a yoke.
