Does the PCM throw a code when one of the injectors isn't firing?

I just looked at my wiring and 3 wires from my red pcm connector came apart. For sure, one from the vss, and I have 2 others im not sure of and im just hoping it wasn't any of the injectors. I have datamaster and it said VSS fault. So would a trouble code on the injectors show up also? Thanks.

Crap, gonna have to fix this, went to my parking lot to go check:

BLACK Injector 1
ORANGE/BLACK Traction control (not needed)
RED/BLACK Injector 7
PURPLE VSS
TAN/WHITE PCM ground

May explain why my car shakes,

I have a phone toner and a microphone for it but by time it gets inside the car, there is no more tone,it seems the electrical tape reduces the sound and stops the signal by time its inside the car. Any wiring gurus have any tips on how I can trace the wires?
