if it gets to be too much for your liking, i would suggest sticking a sweet-thunder chambered muffler in where the resonator is/used to be

Without cats...sounds terrible IMHO. I'd rather cut off a finger with a spoon than deal with that.
Sounds like a truck with 1 1/8" straight pipe or 'packs.
I hate it.

you can always switch out the resinator for a borla/dynomax/twister round muffler

Thanks for that vid.. the car sounded MEAN.

I have a LM and will soon be getting some jet hot LTs and ORP and was always wondering if there was a sound clip...

I really get sick of everyone saying that the LM pops and is raspy and is even worse with headers.

I have found that with comp tuning the pop is gone and for me it was never really rapsy anyway.

Hoever, if it is "too" loud when I do mine I will end up putting a long bullit muffler in place of the resonator and an electric cutout before that for at the track.... and to scare people

Here are 3 clips of my car. Jet Hot LT's w/ Carsound Cats, Hotcam, and Loudmouth.

If they dont download correctly, copy and paste the URL in Windows Media Player to stream the clips because they sometimes dont download for some reason...

dude if it gets raspy or you dont like the sound all you have to do is add a straight through round muffler.. i have a borla xr1 in place of the resonator because it was TOO LOUD with my setup. now its got a deep deep rumble.

My roomate has the Dynomax Bullit muffler in place of his resonator and it seems to have a deeper tone, but still really loud. Im pretty happy with the cats. Gives it a nice idle, but sick WOT sound
