I have a ticking noise coming from my engine, and i dont know if its my headers. or rockers. I adjusted my rockers and did headers at the same time.

A mechanic's stethoscope will help you to isolate noises like these. They're cheap and available just about everywhere (Advance, Autozone, Pep Boys, etc).

 

I just did headers over the winter and I really think that the RR's are louder with the LT's. I dont remeber hearing them that loud last year.

 

I tried to adjust the valve today with the car running. I tried doing 1 at a time, and backed off the nut till i hear it make noise, but it didnt, so i put it back together. Do you think they are to tight? I adjusted them like my manual said.

 

If you did it like the manual said to then I would think that they are tight.

 

Look at your headers, my mac mid.s leeked at the slip fitting, then at the y pipe,I was starting to hate my new headders till my budy seated them and sealed off the slip fitting. now no leek's and with the cut out open ohh ya !! love them now good luck
