Basically, with the key out or with it but the engine not running, my throttle body works perfectly... Also, it rests on the throttle/idle stop screw. Then when I fire up the engine, it no longer rests on the screw and if I blip the gas it doesn't return back to rest on the screw. It is stuck at 1% throttle only with the engine running... The car can be "on" and it will work perfectly. Then I kill the engine and go look at the TB and it rests on the screw again...

What kind of funny business is this? This high idle problem needs to go, anybody??????
