just wondering i use 93 octane and have been havin a high rpm miss and am wondering if some octane boost might help

 

well most of the time you have a high rpm miss its coil related.

but far as the octane booster. yes i use it. but i dont use that crap at walmart i use toulene by the gallon. you can get it at most hardware stores. toulene is 114 octane so if you mix i gallon of toulene (114) and five gallons of gas at 93 octane (93x5) becuase your using five gallons
so you would have (93x 5 + 1x114) /6 becuase you have a total of 6 gallons and that formula will give you your final octane that gives you 96.5 octane
