Do the LT4 valve cover have to be modified to fit?

Do the LT4 valve cover have to be modified to fit?
Just curious if the front of the passanger cover has to be modified to clear the alt. on the LT1. I tried to look at the pics on Wilson's site but couldn't get his site to come up. Thanks!

One other easy question. Will they clear 1.6 Comp pro-mags?
