Do I need retainer for my new valvetrain?
I am getting Comp NSA 1.6 RR's, GMPP guideplates, ARP bolts, Comp 918 springs, K-Line Valve Stem Seals, and Crane 210/224 camshaft. Do I need new retainers, locks and locators?

Yes, you must get retainers and locators to match the spring's specs (ID, OD, pocket OD, etc). Most retainer sets come with proper sized locks.
Locators are particularly reusable. One would need to check the retainers and locks to ensure they are not worn prior to reuse.
