do I need new convertor

as per my sig do I need torque convertor with hot cam? Car seems to run like sh** ,will not idle too well ,just been rebuilt.

Looks to me like you need a real tune... But while you're there a 3000 - 3600 rpm stall wouldnt hurt anything.
