do i need to clean block after cam bearing change?

ok so if i take my block to the engine shop and have the brand new cam bearings changed do i have to have the block flushed out again??? the reason i ask is because i wanna change my cam bearings for piece of mind but ive already spent like 50 bucks painting the block and dont wanna have to have the damn thing jet washed again and ruin the paint...the reason i wanna replace the bearings is because a pos moron installed my cam and im thinking he prolly f'ed something up so i wanna change them but like i said i dont wanna ruin my paint job

I wouldn't think so the bearings are just tapped in with a long rod and different sized plastic washers. Just blow it out and keep it from rusting up.
