Do Hooker LT's and Pacesetter LT's use the same y-pipe?
Do Hooker LT's and Pacesetter LT's use the same y-pipe?
Ok. So everyone probably had enough of me the other day, but I am back with a question
Let's say I just sell my Hooker LT's instead of getting them coated, and bought a set of PaceSetters. B/c really, a new set will only cost about an additional $50-75. Ok, the question is will the y-pipe that I already have on the car for the Hooker LT's fit the/hook up to the Pacesetter headers? Or would I have to order a different y-pipe for the Pacesetters (if I decided to go that route)?
If anyone knows for sure, please respond!
Thanks!

you might be able to fab one for the other, but i doubt it. (i have my pacesetters flanged for example) Pacesetters also tuck up alot better than hookers. the collectors might also be a difference seperation distance from each other too.
This was my comment. The Pacesetters give better ground clearance and the slip fit y pipe has a notch in it so it doesnt hit the floorboard.
