Do headers and a cam justify a 52mm TB?

Do headers and a cam justify a 52mm TB?
With the mods that i have, will a 52 mm Tb give me any power gain or do i need ported heads for this to be worthwhile. Its like 200.00 for a guy i found to port out my stocker.....Thanks
