Do '94's have a crank sensor?

Stupid question, but after replacing many parts I now have both spark and gas at the plugs but the car will not start. I am guessing either the PCM or is there a crank sensor that may be the culprit?

Opti, coil, ICM, wires, plugs, battery cables are all new. fuel pump, starter, alternator, battery were all replaced last year and the car hasn't run since then.

No crank sensor. Even the 96-97s that do have it, don't use it for providing the spark signal. That is done by the optispark.

crap. So I have wet plugs and spark and no start. It will backfire but not catch. PCM is all that is left?

Will a 1995 PCM work in a 1994?

It should work. Have you looked at the opti harness for any corrosion?

Harness is new. All other connections have been cleaned. I'm stumped, frustrated, and had to drive a rented Neon at this weekends points race and there is a double header again this coming weekend. The PCM came from Ed Wright and I just didn't want to pay huge bucks to be able to use the Camaro.

I had a similar problem. Has fuel, has spark, sometimes sputters but no start. Ended up being bad gas. Got gas right before parking the car, 2 days later wouldn't start. Once I swapped in some dry plugs we were able to start the car using a spare fuel pump in a bucket of gas. Once the car warmed up swithced to regular pump, a week later put back the old plugs.
Good luck.
