Disconnecting connecting rods

I cannot figure out how the connecting rods come off the crank. The bolt is out, and they are basically pressed together. Anyone know how to get this loose? It is stuck on the bearing or stuck to itself... cant wiggle it loose (gently). anyone know how to get this off?

thanks

Re: Disconnecting connecting rods

Screw the rod bolts in back in the rods just a few turns and light tap on the rod bolt.

The threads will be fine. Use a rubber/plastic hammer and tap lightly back and forth on each bolt till it comes loose.

I have a HUGE pair of pliers! Makes it VERY easy!
