If you have one of these covers, you might notice a loud bang once and awhile from the back of your car. I heard the bang occasionally but after lowering the car this weekend the noise occured much more frequently.

If you get a clunk or bang when you hit a dip in the road, check the clearance from the end of the support stud and the X-brace that sits above the Panhard Rod. About 1/4" of the support stud was contacting the X-brace. I used my dremel to clearance the brace and the noise is now gone.
