On the formula, it has a ram-air hood, but no ram-air intake. I heard once that they did that in 1994. Is this true, and are there kits to make it functional.....and would I really see any gain over the CAI that I already have?

I belive that the only Firebirds to come with the Ram Air hood were the 96-97 WS6's and 93+Firehawks.

As far as the hood goes, I guess you could buy any option you want, but why would someone do that? And mine sure didn't come with it!

You can get a ram air kit for it no problem, but unless you're driving 100+ mph, you won't really see any gain from switching.

The WS6 Ram Air hood was neither standard nor optional on a 1994. The Firehawk was the closest thing you could get in 94, and of course it is totally functional. But it is visibly different than the WS6 design. WS6 became available in 1996, and was fully functional.
