DFI Tune? How much HP?

I was browsing the internet yesterday and stumbled upon this website. There is a page where he has a dyno with some bolt ons and then a dyno with the same bolt ons and DFI tuning. He went from 276/314 to 302/386 with only the DFI tuning! Is this really true that you can pick up almost 30 rwhp from DFI tuning? Anyways, here is the link: Dyno Results

I just bought a Speed Pro setup (used). On the car it was used on, they picked up 30 rwhp over an LT1 Edit tune. Not too bad

Actually, I'm not certain but I think it was just an N/A car. In either case, it was tuned as good as they could get it with LT1 Edit then retuned with Speed Pro and picked up a good amount of hp
