Delteq and Opti

Delteq and Opti
So this is my situation.
Just got my 383 back on the road after 9 months and it is having a weird hesitation problem. I am also getting an intermittent SES light from a code 36 which makes me think that the opti is the case. I am running a delteq system.
Another thing. Its a 95 and I dont have EITHER of the vaccuum lines attached to the opti. Could this be the problem?
The car seems to run fine sometimes and then it kinda dogs on me, then when I give it a little more gas it seems to jump forward.
Any ideas?
