Delco Opti on E-Bay

There is a store on E-Bay with supposedly new OEM Delco Opti-Sparks for $230.00. Anybody tried them to know if they are real Delco's or not. Or, where is the best price on an OEM Opti?

I bought my Opti on Ebay several years ago from a reputable company and its been fine for years...I think mine was around $230...As long as you buy from a reputable place and its the genuine GM part, you should be good...

I prefer the GM part myself, and Jason/Dal is about $200 plus shipping as I recall. But, I was very surprised recently to find the Accel Opti for $199 in, of all places, the JC Whitney printed catalog. I never use them for important parts, but during an unusually long, umm, pitstop, I made it all the way to pg. 71 and there it was. FYI.

I bought one on ebay (from the parts ladi) and it arrived in a sealed gm box just as described.

Thanks for all the info. It was the parts ladi store I was looking at. Another question. Does anyone know of a place to buy an Opti-Spark rotor that has the plastic buttons holding the contact on drilled out and replaced with nut and bolts?

The partsladi is a dude. They do stand behind their parts. I got a bad opti from them and they changed it out no problem. 2nd unit works fine.

A few weeks ago I got a AC Delco opti from an ebayer. I paid $186.00. Seller said it is new but there was some dialectic grease in the plug wire ports. I hope that AC Delco just put the grease in there for shipping and storage purposes and it is new. I guess I will find out when I cam it.
