do u guys know if there are any deeper oil filters part numbers that u can get from auto part stores?

yup, I think the ac delco is now a 1360 or some 4 digit number like that. I still just use the AC Delco pf454. Has never failed me, and keeps it up tight to the block where the header cant heat it up even more.

More filtering area, more capacity for the oil system, will probably hurt pressure a little, because of more distance for the oil to travel. I use it to get more capacity, still have amazing oil pressure with the white spring though.
