Decision heads or heads and cam

Currently I am looking at going to a hot cam kit or CC305 set up but is wondering if it would be better to just go to the LT4 conversion. I'm looking for pro/con on which would be the better deal and 375hp

From what I've heard the LT4 conversion isn't worth the time and money....do a search, it's been discussed before.
