DCR vs SCR and power-adders!

DCR vs SCR and power-adders!
My 396 has a SCR of around 11.7:1, but a DCR of around 8.0:1.
How will this affect the amount of nitrous oxide I can use on my engine compared to engines with a lower SCR/higher DCR?
Maybe this belongs in Advanced Tech?
