Damage

I am looking at buying a 95 camaro that broke the timing chain and don't know much about lt1's. It has 11:1 TRW pistons, a cc305 cam (.510") and 1.6 rockers. I am worried about bent valves, but I dont know whether I should worry about it or not with this setup. Any suggestions would help, and I can provide more information if necessary. Also curious if there is any other damage I should worry about.

Bent valves, pushrods, damage to tops of pistons would be my first concerns.

The CC305 with 1.6 rockers makes .546 lift. I would do two things. First do a compression or leak down test to determine if any valves are bent, then I would pull the push rods to see if any of them are bent. The LT1 is a non-interference engine but at those lifts it's not.

Thanks a lot, I appreciate the quick responses, I couldn't find anyone who knew whether it would be an interference or not. Thanks
