daily driver cam

alright, looking at finishing my 383, and went back to my origional goals. A fun daily driver capable of 11's. Looking for 11.50s, i know i can get 12s without a cam or heads, so it should be no problem.
Info on the motor:
All forged 383
zero decked
flat top pistons w/ -5cc valve reliefs.

Im looking at maybe just going the LE2 setup, but not so sure i want to do that.
Otherwise, i will probably use fully ported trickflow heads and one of these cams

231/239 535/550

230/236 576/570 (with 1.6's)

or the 847

i want something with good low-end power still to keep it fun on the street, so idk if these might be too big, and maybe the crane 227, or one of the LPE cams would be better

The crane 227 is too small for a high copression 383. From the above list I prefere the GM847, but a custom will be best.

yeah, i know a custom would be best, but i want to have an idea of which of those would work best, so i kind of have an idea of what to tell the person specing the cam, and kind of have an idea of what to expect

If you're looking at getting TFs done, then I'd talk to whomever you have doing them. Give them your requirements (driveable, still have some low end, etc) and they should be able to spec the appropriate cam for you.

Mixing and matching on the interweb is fun, but when it comes to spending the $, have a pro spec out the entire system. Just my opinion...
