Cutting Vortec Elbow

I've done a search on here and it hasn't turned up much. What are you guys using to cut the divider out of a Vortec elbow? I can get to some of it with am air saw, but its getting tricky. Any info would be great. Thanks in advance.

Id just go at it with a die grinder or a dermel tool. Then smooth it out with a 36grit roll and work your way down to a smoother grit.

Re: Cutting Vortec Elbow

I found this one for pretty cheop, thats why I am still working with it. The reason I am cutting it out, is due to my nitrous setup. I am putting the nozzle at the end of the elbow before the divider starts, I'm affraid the divider will give me an un even spray. I'm gonna go at it with a die grinder today.

It all ends up in the same place. You could install a nozzle on each side of the elbow.
