Cutout Louder Then LM?
awww
why go for a manual cutout
are you really gonna want to reach under there as the local smokey cop towers over you... telling you to shut your car the f*** up or he'll impound it... burning your fingertips on the red hot lever?? lol
(just to help you visualize the possible consequences
)

Anyways my questions still unanswered
I think the cutout serves the same purpose as your track pipe... just bypasses the cat(s) and muffler(s)... So... based solely on logic/common sense, I say no...
<edit>
Why not just skip the track pipe... leave your factory exhaust in place and get an electric cutout?
That way you get the best of both worlds... and it doesn't take an hour on the lift to swap it back to "normal" , just in case you have to for whatever reason (unfamiliar with AZ's smog laws)
