cutout

I am thinking of getting a cutout when I order my magnaflow and put them both on. I was wondering where you guys got your cutouts from and I was wondering if anyone has one of these ones, and what there opinion is. Thanks.

Just get a flow tech cut out from http://www.thunderracing.com/index.c...ategoryid=1052

Many people have that and a QTP electric cutout opener. I don't really care for the QTP, when I have my cut out open it stays open for a long time, and when I have it closed I have it closed for a long time so I don't mind crawling under the car every once in awhile to open/close it.

I'd stay away from those E-Bay cable cutouts, I've heard they leak. I'd just get a $30 3" cutout from Summit Racing, or if you want one you can open from inside the car, go with an electric one.

Don't get that cable operated one. They will leak and rattle you to death!

this cut-out is a big no-no
as far as I heard they leak and rust too. spend a bit more - buy a flowtech and an electronic valve. it's a very cool thing when you can open and close the cutout while sitting on your a$$ inside the car in 4 seconds

Another vote for flotech. Dont have one but heard good things, will be purchasing two of them for behind collectors on LTs in spring.
