Nice stuff and I have seen some good Al welding in my day.

THe CNC flange is the ONLY way to do this, and VC are not easy to do. He doesn't weld one whole side at a time so they don't warp etc....

On a professional level I would definately work with someone like that based on that quality. As long as he could deliver in time it sounds like a good deal.

I finally have the valve covers installed. Check out the new thread or just click here to view them.

I had zero issues installing them and since they were CNC flanged I have not had any issues with leaks, like some of the other aftermarket valve covers out there. If you have any specific questions pertaining to my paticular set, I'll do my best to answer (since I was heavily involved in the process) other than that, I know very little and you'd probably be better off asking the fabricator.
