Custom Application Cam Advice Please

I want to keep the lift at or slightly under .600. Right now I have a hot cam and im doing a major stroker rebuild, this will have new cnc'd heads. I dont want to spin this thing over 6200rpm. Is there an off the shelf cam in existence that dosent require you have to shift at well over 6000? I believe cc306 is out of the question. Also, do you think that with the new heads and the same compression ratio with larger pistons will yield a decent horsepower gain over what the hotcam was putting out to start with? I guess what im trying to say is would it be worthwile to swap the cam, or would the hot cam be decent for a stroker?

Why do you want to limit the RPM to 6200rpm?

What size valves do you have in the new heads?

A custom grind will get ya where ya need to be,but ya don't want to limit THAT stroker to 6200. Get the suporting fuel system and shift at 7000 and make some power. The hot cam won't get ya there.

Be sure to check the piston to valve clearence and the lift will depend on your head flow.
