That sounds good, no rattles or nothing at all? God knows these cars don't need anymore rattles and stuff for the knock modules to be picking up as false knock.

Another question that I'm looking at now. Is it easier to reinstall the electric fans before the water pump or vice versa? ( I guess thats how you spell it. )

Why would you put the fan back in before installing the water pump. I don't think you'd have the clearence.
I didn't have any trouble with mine. no trimming was necessary.
