CSR ewp wiring question... already searched

Ok me and a friend installed a CSR ewp on my car but i have a question i cant find an answer to. Off of the CSR pump there is 2 wires a black and a blue. And then they go into a pigtail that has another black and blue wire but at the pigtail the wires cross. The blue wire that comes out of the pump turns into a black wire and the black turns into a blue. My question is i know the blue goes to a + and the black goes to a ground but is it supposed to be the blue from the pump that goes to a + or the black frm the pump that turns into a blue. I think they might have screwed up on the pigtail on my pump. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

They messed up the pigtail. Should be blue to blue, black to black. Yes, blue from the pump to switched 12v and black to ground.

You go by the wires in the pump, not the pigtail, which is backwards. You may be able to careefully remove the pins and swap the wires around, to do this you need to use a small paper clip or other tool and depress the locking tab from the front of the connector, then once you get them out, pull out the locking tab a little bit so it will snap into place when you re-insert it. Or, better yet, buy a weatherpack connector and replace the whole thing.
