CSI Water Pump Install ??

I'm planning on replacing my water pump with the CSI electroc pump. I've done searches on here and have also looked as some other sites for info, but I still have a few questions I'm hoping someone on here can help me out with. Here they are.

1. Draining the coolant from the drain plug on the block. Once I drain it and reinstall the drain plug, what torque specs should I use? Should I use some type of lock tite on this drain plug?

2. When installing the gasket for the water pump housing, should I use any kind of gasket dressing, or RTV?

3. What torque specs should I use when mounting the pump to the housing?

4. Should I re-use the rubber gasket from the pump cover, or just use some RTV?

5. Is it necessary to remove the AIR pump to remove the water pump?

Thanks in advince.

#5 the air pump blocks 1 of the 3 bolts that are on the air pump bracket, the bracket is blocking the waterpump bolt from being removed,
you gotta remove the bracket to remove the wp housing from the engine, just unblot the airpump and push it to the side

1: Snug it up hand-tight.
2: No extra material on the water pump gaskets
3: Hand-Tight, the screws aren't very high quality and are prone to shearing
4: The CSI comes with its own O-ring. Clean the housing, and RTV (ultra copper) the CSI all around to seal it completely.
5: Yes

6: You'll also have to lose the big donkey dong on your stock intake elbow. Cut it off and cap it, or buy a 1le elbow. It will interfere with the water pump.

7: If you need any help, I'm local, and would be happy to help you out. I've done it once before
