I have to say thier customer service is the best i seen so far. I posted up a few weeks ago stating that my pump started leaking within 3 days of having it on. I called CSI's tech line and i was directed to someone who could help within 30secs. The guy told me to send the pump he will fix it and ship it the same day. So i send my pump and two days later i call to ask if they had it. The nice lady who answered the phone told me "oh we fixed it and its on its way". It gets here monday afternoon, NEXT DAY AIR!!!! I assume they shipped thursday afternoon and it went out on friday, UPS didnt ship on the weekend so it came that monday. Still it suprises me that they sent it next day air. So a thumbs up for CSI.
