ok i have a 94 camaro z28 v8 6 speed...1st car by the ways...earlier today the car was starting fine then i shut it off drove it came home and tryed to turn it on it takes a while to turn on like about 6sec but i can hear a noise in the motor like a tapping noise then the car comes on...i tryed it like 2 times and it starts real slowww like wen a battery is dead...i know its not my battery cus the lights are strong and i switched batterys and same thing...
the thing is i can hear a noise in the motor when trying to turn on
the noise is coming fromunder the valve covers or around their?

Does this noise persist while the engine is running? Or only during cranking? If you can get the engine running then you can try to isolate where the noise is originating then work from there.
