Crane Gold RR's...Will they fit?

What modifications would I have to make to get these roller rockers to fit/work on my car, they are 1.6 ratio, 3/8 stud for Narrow body center bolt covers and are non-self aligning. Are thses a direct bolt-in even though they aren't self-aligning. What elese would I need for installation. Do I need new springs, retainers, pushrods?

I just put the same RRs on my car. I'm not sure about the springs, pushrods, etc, but concerning the valve covers, I followed this write-up:

http://www.hotss.com/Members/scott_vaca/pro-mag.htm

I didn't like how the crimping looked, so I used my dremel instead. I haven't had any problems with the RR's hitting anything.

You will need springs, guideplates, and hardened pushrods. Modification of the valve covers should not be necessary with the crane golds.

All I had read here on the site recommended modifying the valve covers when you switched to 1.6's, so I didn't want to risk trying it w/out working them over first.

Don't 93-96 LT1's have hardened pushrods stock?

I know 95's do, but I'm not sure about other years.

Just reiterating, for non-self aligning RR's, you need guide plates.

I thought that LT1's had hardened pushrods until 95, that was the last year they came with them.
