Crane 104227 Idle Video

If you can stand the accessory squeak I have a video of a cold start and idle video
of the Crane 227 cam with SLP shortys, 2.5" true duals, dual cats, and an Ultraflow
muffler. The sound changed a bit with the SLP shortys. It's both deeper and more
metallic.

Just click the Idle Video link in my signature or right click and save as.

I've always assumed it's the AIR pump but don't know for sure. It's pretty squeaky until
the engine gets warmed up and then it shuts up.

Any chance we could hear it warmed up in gear? I'm thinking about that cam.

Here is a short hot idle. I have a manual so there is no in gear. Idle is set to 850 rpm.

Sounds good. Are you heading to the dyno anytime soon to get #'s for the new heads?

Yes, as soon as we can put together a dyno day I'll participate and will post up the results.
Hopefully in the next month or two.
