Cracked rod... new radiator needed?
Someone mentioned that when internal engine damage occurs, some shavings might get stuck in the radiator, then later on (after a new engine is in) they might circulate with the oil and cause damage.... since I've never heard of this, how does one prevent such thing? Is a radiator replacement necessary?
Thanks.
Thanks.
I dont think its really possible inless your antifreeze is mixing with your oil anyways and in that case , your already ****ed ...
However i HAVE heard that if you have an Oil Cooler, and you blow up your engine , that CAN happen if you dont have it flushed out as well as any lines or fittings for the oil cooler
