You don't need new heads, just new valve springs. 1.6 RR's would be nice to add too while you are at it.

Just get the LT4 hotcam kit from jason cromer for 475. Hotcam, 1.6 RR's, and LT4 valve springs. Good price and kit. I am a little bais though.

I think the LT4 valve springs are not the best choice. I used them for a couple years but most builders say they come very close to coil bind. I replaced them with Isky springs from Thunder Racing. Also the Isky springs fit on the heads better
I would NEVER put the hot cam in without 1.6 rr's and I don't think I would even put in a cam again without porting the heads.
Especially if you're not doing the work, if you have things torn down far enough to do the cam you should just spend the extra money and do the heads because you will save a lot of install money by doing everything at once.

Lifters are arguable...again, as someone said...you've torn it down far enough, you'll save doing it all at once. For $200 or less and probably a minimal labor fee, lifters would be wise. Also, not sure if your 95 has the hardened pushrods, might want to check into that. If not, a set of those would be reccomeneded.

Heads; anywhere from $500 (just port/polish) to $2000 or more with valve job.

Lemme pimp some Phil; www.advancedinduction.com he's got pretty fair prices, and his heads seem to be making good #s!
