Could you have a CC305 ground on a 112??

People talk about the Hotcam and the CC305 being similiar. But only because the 305 is 114 vs the HC's 112 lsa.

So could you have the CC305 ground on a 112 and have it a little lopier and put out a little more power?

Yeah, 97Bowtie and prolly a couple others here on this board have that cam. Look into that xe 224/230 cam, it's a little bigger with a 112 LSA if you think you get it past smog, maybe it will anyways with a good tune. I just have yet to hear from anyone here who has that cam to say whether or not they passed smog.

Sure you can get the CC305 ground to a 112 lobe seperation just as you can get the CC306 ground to 114. But there are other cams with specs similar to the CC305 on a 112 ls,

GM 12370846 (Crane 222/230)
CompCams XE 224/230

What Grease said, Comp Cams can make anything you want, just call them and tell them what you want.
